Reference is made to the announcements regarding the subsequent share issue in Spectrum ASA, hereunder the announcement on 20 July 2009 regarding the result of the subsequent share issue. The subsequent share issue has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital is NOK 19,088,479, consisting of 19,088,479 shares each with par value of NOK 1. The new company certificate (Firmaattest) is enclosed hereto.

 

The new shares will be registered on the subscribers' VPS-accounts as of tomorrow, 29 July 2009.
