Gross Management AS, which is a company associated with Ferncliff DAI 1 AS, which is represented on the board of directors of Spectrum ASA, was allocated 326,017 new shares in the subsequent share issue.

 

After the subsequent share issue, Gross Management AS owns 2,511,017 shares, and Ferncliff DAI 1 AS (incl. associated companies Gross Management AS and Curare Invest AS) owns 6,302,517 shares, representing 33.02% of the shares and votes.
