Reference is made to the announcements regarding the subsequent share issue of up to 2,500,000 new shares in Spectrum ASA with subscription period from 3 July to 17 July 2009.

 

The subscription result shows that 982,017 new shares were subscribed for, and the board of directors of Spectrum ASA has consequently allocated 982,017 new shares to the subscribers.

 

Allocation letters will be sent out on 20 July 2009 and payment shall take place on 22 July 2009.

 

After payment of the new shares and registration of the new share capital, the share capital of Spectrum ASA will be 19,088,469 divided on 19,088,469 shares each with par value NOK 1.

 

ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA is retained by Spectrum as manager for the subsequent share issue.
