Gross Management AS, which is a company associated with Ferncliff DAI 1 AS, which is represented on the board of directors of Spectrum ASA, has in the subsequent share issue applied for 830,000 shares, conditional upon the share issue being fully subscribed. If the share issue is not fully subscribed, the application for shares by Gross Management AS shall be reduced proportionally. Gross Management AS does not have preferred allocation rights in the subsequent share issue.

 

After the subsequent share issue, and subject to allocation of 830,000 shares to Gross Management AS, Gross Management AS will own 3,015,000 shares, and Ferncliff DAI 1 AS (incl. associated companies Gross Management AS and Curare Invest AS) will own up to 6,806,500 shares, representing up to 33.03% of the shares and votes.
