Reference is made to the announcements of 5 June 2009, 26 June 2009 and 29 June 2009 regarding a private placement in Spectrum ASA. The Oslo Stock Exchange has on 1 July 2009 approved the prospectus for the listing of the shares issued in the private placement. Consequently, as of today, 2 July 2009, the new shares are registered in the VPS, listed and tradable on Oslo Axess.
