Reference is made to the announcements of 5 June 2009 and 26 June 2009 regarding a private placement in Spectrum ASA. The private placement has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital is NOK 18,106,452, consisting of 18,106,452 shares each with par value of NOK 1. The new company certificate (Firmaattest) is enclosed hereto.

 

The new shares will, subject to approval by the Oslo Stock Exchange of a listing prospectus, be distributed and tradable from 2 July 2009.
