Ferncliff DAI 1 AS, which is represented on the board of directors of Spectrum ASA,  has in the private placement of Spectrum ASA on 9 June 2009 been allocated 2,050,000 new shares at NOK 5 per share. After the private placement, and subject to the general meeting of Spectrum ASA approving the private placement, Ferncliff DAI 1 AS will own 3,617,000 shares, representing 19,98% of the shares and votes.

 

Gross Management AS, which is a company associated with Ferncliff DAI 1 AS, has in the private placement of Spectrum ASA on 9 June 2009 been allocated 1,650,000 new shares at NOK 5 per share. After the private placement, and subject to the general meeting of Spectrum ASA approving the private placement, Gross Management AS will own 2,185,000 shares, representing 12,07% of the shares and votes.

 

After the private placement, and subject to the general meeting of Spectrum ASA approving the private placement, Ferncliff DAI 1 AS (incl. associated companies Gross Management AS and Curare Invest AS) will own 5,976,500 shares in Spectrum ASA, representing 33,01% of the shares and votes.
