Spectrum is releasing the preliminary report and accounts for 2008 ahead of the signed audited accounts to be released prior to the market opening on Monday 8th June.

 

The main differences between these final numbers and those previously released quarterly earnings concern the finalisation of the Purchase Price Allocation of the seismic business in June 2008 together with the goodwill and data libraries which have now been independently reviewed and the company made impairments to the value of US$8.0m in December 2008.
